A company entered into a joint venture but did not have a written agreement setting out the obligations of each party. The joint venture project did not come to fruition and the company had committed a large sum of money. The company was likely to suffer heavy losses however it received they received advice from LAC Lawyers. As a result of our advice and participation in dispute resolution, the company was able to resolve the matter with the other JV party and save over $250,000.
