Refunds Policy
LAC Lawyers may be required to refund client’s for 3 possible reasons:
- Refund for overpayment of invoices by client
- Refund of excess trust account contributions
- Refund for resolution of disputed invoices
LAC Lawyers can settle the refund by depositing money into the client’s bank account
