Engi Messih is our Family Lawyer at the LAC Lawyers Carlton office. Engi completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, and was then admitted as a Solicitor in 2002. She is currently undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney, specialising mainly in the area of Criminal Law.  Engi is admitted to practice in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

Since her admission, Engi has practised in numerous areas of the Law, practising in Sydney, Adelaide and now Melbourne, and has worked with LAC Lawyers Pty Ltd in both our Sydney and our Melbourne offices.

Engi's main areas of practise are FAMILY LAW, DEBT RECOVERY, WILLS and some CRIMINAL LAW aspects, these being the areas in which Engi has extensive experience, and in which she has a very keen interest. Engi's  practice also comprises general litigation work and increasingly employment law.

Engi has a very strong background as a Family Lawyer. She does most of her own Court work.  Engi is also a very aggressive litigator, and always strives to obtain the best results for her clients.  Engi runs her own matters, and hence will generally look after your matter from the beginning to the end. Engi has appeared in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Magistrates Court, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Industrial Relations Commission.

Engi understands her client's needs and ensures that they are always fully informed, and that they fully understand, the procedures involved in their matter.

Engi is also fluent in the Egyptian/Arabic language.
