Since her admission in 2004, Jana has had carriage of some complicated Court matters which have involved her appearing in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court, Children’s Court and CTTT; either alone or with the assistance of Counsel. Jana has also been involved in many non-litigious matters which entailed the drafting of various commercial documents.
