Kelly is a solicitor with experience in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law and general and commercial litigation.She is currently undertaking a Master of Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of New South Wales.

Since her admission in 2008, she has been involved in the daily administration of matters at both Federal and State jurisdictions, providing advice, drafting pleadings and submissions and conducting litigation in a number of cases in Federal and State courts.

Kelly also has experience with enforcement and debt recovery proceedings which involve the preparation of court documents such as Statement of Claims, affidavits and the expedient procurement from Court of garnishee orders and writs for the levy of property.

Kelly is very passionate about her matters and always strives to obtain the best outcome for both individual as well as corporate clients and will apply, where appropriate, any form of alternative methods of dispute resolution for her clients.
