Mark practices in our Chatswood office and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University on New South Wales and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England.
Whilst forging a career in the finance industry spanning 20 years Mark decided that his passion was the law and studied for his law degree part time as a mature age student. After initially gaining experience in general practice in the country which included Family, Criminal, Property, Wills and Probate law he returned to live in Sydney before joining LAC to principally focus on Criminal and Family law.
Mark firmly believes that mutual respect between client and solicitor coupled with honesty and integrity are the key ingredients to building a mutually rewarding relationship with his clients and that these values coupled with his outgoing and friendly nature allow him to best represent their interests.
Mark attended The Royal Military College, Duntroon before embarking on a lengthy career as an Officer in the Army Reserve. Mark is committed to the principles of social capital and to contributing to the community. He is a member of Rotary.
