Michael Duong is a solicitor with a family law and criminal law practice.  He holds Degrees in Law (1999) and in Commerce (Accounting) (1997).  Having near ten years experience in the legal industry, Michael has handled a wide range of legal matters, and strives to obtain excellent results for his clients.

Michael has diverse legal experience and has practiced law in Sydney's East, West and South and also in his own practice. Michael's approach is to keep his clients informed and advised through clear and understandable English.

Family Law - Michael's main area of practice is Family Law and he is a favourite amongst clients with his friendly and amicable approach.

Criminal Law - Michael has substantial experience in Local Court matters and provides advice and representation in all Local Court matters including driving offences and license appeals, assaults, drug offences and thefts.  Recently, Michael successfully negotiated a withdrawal of an assault charge and cleared his client's name together with costs paid in favour of his client.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, attends Church and is involved in Childrens Ministry.
