Peter has practised as a legal practitioner for 20 years having practised at a major national law firm for about 11 years prior to joining LAC Lawyers Pty Ltd.

- Aviation products liability including hangarkeepers’ liability, aviation regulators’ and service providers’ liability e.g. air traffic controllers’ liability, airport owners’ liability, aircraft (fixed and rotary wing) and aircraft component manufacturers’ liability; aircraft owners and charterers liability; general aviation law, litigation
- Business and Commercial Law including litigation
- Family Law including defacto relationships, prenuptial agreements, litigation, mediation
- Insurance Law including large scale claims management, bordereaux management over a decade, insurance policy advice, recovery of funds under insurer’s rights of subrogation
- Product Liability and Public Liability Law – for plaintiffs and insurers including food, consumer products and occupiers’ liability, Trade Practices and common law
- Professional Indemnity Law involving architects, builders and other professions
- Advising foreign law firms on Australian Law of torts, products liability and damages
- Drafting Notarising and apostillising documents
