Prior to commencing at LAC Lawyers, Serena gained much experience across all areas of general practice incorporating family law, family violence matters, civil litigation, wills and probate and criminal law.
As a solicitor advocate, Serena has appeared extensively on behalf of clients in court proceedings at State and Federal Courts including the Magistrates Court, Children’s Court and Federal Magistrates Court.
Particularly passionate about family law, Serena understands that clients quite often face competing interests and problems, and always endeavours to deliver services that are realistic, strategic and tailored to each individuals’ circumstance. Serena strongly believes in equipping clients with the knowledge and confidence to make the best decisions for themselves.
